We want a Shrubbery!!!

So I've been looking at my catalog from High country Gardens. They specialize in  native plants to specifically high elevation desert areas. I am quite interested in some of their bushes.. specifically this one called Mahonia fremontii.  It looks like a member of the Holly family.  That means it is an evergreen and It produces berries for the winter birds too. That is another thing I like about it.  Now the only trick is to decide where it goes and what I am going to have to dig out in it's place. ( my flower beds are already full... what to do, what to do...) I also like the Philadelphus microphyllus 'June Bride'™ Very pretty.
